Before I became a Technology Lawyer, I owned and operated web development agencies.

After law school, I specialized in IP protection, privacy frameworks, and compliance systems.

I negotiated large commercial contracts with Adobe, Meta, and Wix on behalf of clients.

And I provided legal counsel to dev shops facing the exact problems I’d lived through.
